On the day of your appointment, our teams will reach out to you via phone before or during the 2-hour promise time. Our teams are required to make phone contact before heading to your location. At this time, our team will offer an estimated arrival time and begin their travel.

Once our team arrive on site, all you will need to do is identify which items are to be removed. We will then offer an upfront, no-obligation estimate for the removal of these items. If the price is within your budget, then our team will begin working right on the spot. You don’t have to lift a finger.
Our teams will jump to work, ensuring we do so in a safe and efficient manner. Once the work is complete, our team can receive payment via cash, credit card or debit card (our teams will have a mobile payment terminal with them).
